At this time I must travel to an airport that is further away to get a puppy to where they need to go without long lay overs, If I have to travel to ship your pup then Shipping is 400.00 (it takes be a total of a 10 hour day (8 hr round trip drive & 2 hour airport wait) to go thru Contential Airlines in Columbus Ohio). The above fee was updated as of April 28, 2010 Thank you for understanding the incress in shipping rates to travel between City/Sates. (NOTICE: As of April 28th, 2010 No SHIPPING AVAIL OUT OF YEAGER/CHARLESTON AIRPORT, THERE HAS BEEN AN EMBARGO PLACED ON DELTA AIR) If so, shipping by airlines will be $350.00 (shipped from Charleston, WV) This includes (Crate, Health Certificate, food and Water Bottle, records, Special High Cal suppliment for the flight & Flight Fare)
Insurance is extra 6.00 this give the buyer $1,200.00 coverage and this Optional!.

SHIPPING OPTION #2; By Ground
Some buyers are now asking for Ground transport (A service that pick up your puppy and delivers to your Door in a private Van, giving your pet one on one care. It may take several days to some location but they do stop for sleep and excerise the pets regulary, keeping in contact with the buyer-seller when ever needed!)
How this Works: I submit an ad to the Online Service (U-Bid) and the providers give me a bid, I relay what a total amount will be to the Buyer and then you must agree as this fee will be part of your Shipping cost + an $8.00 auction fee. I can now offer this service at times, their rates are subject to change. Their is also added fee's included in the providers fees , see below:
Breeders Fee's FOR: Health Cerificate and personal Carrier if the Buyer wants their own un-used carrier to keep (Buyer is ask prior the ad being placed). The providers can provide a carrier for the trip only (not for the buyer to keep, only a trip loaner) Before I book the transporter I will then submit a total of all Shipping fees required to the buyer for their Approval before BOOKING this pick up. (I must place a dep upon Booking and these fees are non-refundable so please make sure at this time you are ready to book your transport ok.) All shipping fee's must be paid/received to the Breeder, in full no later than 10 days prior to shipping date.
I am told that Ground shipping is less stressful on your puppy than flying but I am just now using this service for the first time In July 2010. I will post then about my experience ok!
These fee's can range from a total of $285.00 w/a small carrier And Up, based on Mileage. All fee's included here ok.

For those of you Who live a long distance I can some times Meet you part way ( no more than 200. miles away and it is not Snow Season) for an additional fee. The fee is to be determined by the distance and cost of Gas at the time of Purcahse plus drive time. This will save you Drive time and I will give you a total cost before we agree to meet.
I also meet up to 1.5 hour away for free, saving the buyer a total of 3 hours round trip driving time & Gas (If they are driving in a long ways and need to return home quickly). Possible meeting areas (Beckley WV, Huntington WV/Ky & Ohio Border, Parkersburg, WV, Sutton WV. Email me with your location, I can tell you how close I can meet for free ok! Happy to help out.

I do not sell to Pet stores or Dog Mills, Commercial Breeders or Puppy Brokers. If you purchase a puppy without notifying me You are a Commercial Breeder then this constitutes Fraud and cancels the sale and all monies paid.
(A Commercial breeder is considered if you: A Breeder who owns 20 or more Breeding dogs)
I do sell to some breeders but you must be pre-approved, I will interview you before this is decided upon. I care very much for my babies and only want to know that I have selected the best family life Possible for them where they will receive the best of care and love that can be given , this I demand!
We do prefer to sell to local Buyers so that we may meet with each other
After I have had a telephone interview with you. We can deliver the puppy to you as long as you are within a reasonable distance, we can make arrangements to meet you part way or total distance for addtional cost of Gas or travel expenses to be determined based on distance to be traveled.
If we have agreed to deliver your Puppy we require theTravel/Gas expense be Pre-Paid. The Cash Balance due on your puppy is to be collected upon delivery.
UPON receipt of a deposit you will receive an email, it will be a reciept of your deposit w/ Contract and A 1 Year Replacement Health Guarantee along with the Photo of your Puppy and your puppy's Registration Number, color and sex of this puppy. You may read an Outline of My health Coverage below.
We must insist on Telephone Interview's for all puppies placed/ . 
We must know that this puppy will be going into a happy, healthy and qualified home. I/Breeder has the right to cancel the sale of any puppy at any time for any reason if I feel this puppies best interests are not being considered and the buyers money will be refunded.
I only except Bank Debit or Most Charge Cards thru Pay Pal: (No E-Checks). MONEY ORDERS: ONLY US POSTAL MONEY ORDERS are excepted due to counterfit problems, this has gotten very serious. Personal Checks can be over nights to me for a Puppy DEP. ONLY. Cash Bal due upon pick-up of any puppy.
Wait list/Pick of the litter policy:
Puppies will be sold on a first come/ first serve basis at age 4 weeks (Deposits are taken at 4 wks), unless you are on a list which means you have priority, you are given picks prior to this age. Puppies will not be held without a deposit.
(1) Standby Waiting List: (Requires a $25.00 Non-Refundable Fee) .
We offer a waiting list (called a Standby List) where as, we notify you first after the birth prior to advertising the avail. Pups , after the Pick of the Litter owners have made there choice in the order they are received first. This fee is $25.00 due prior to the whelping/birth of any litter you have decided on.
You may be placed on a Standby list or Our Pick of the Litter List as described below (2):
(2) PICK OF A LITTER: Only 2 places are held per Dam (1st Female and 2nd Male)
To ensure that you don't miss out on your perfect puppy, you may send a small $100.00 pick of the litter fee. This means you have rights to first or second pick depending on which sex puppy you are waiting on. At times the Breeder may take 1st Pick of a sex and you would take 2nd pick of that same sex, If this happens it will be posted prior to acceptance of your Deposit. This deposit is due at the time you decide to take this spot and must be before the whelping/birth of this litter.
If you have requested a specific gender you desire and it is not produced I will transfer the full dep. to a future litter or you may ask for a refund, Only $50.00 is refunded as $50.00 is the fee required to HOLD Your SPOT for 1st. Pick . If a puppy is available within the request you have placed and you've just changed your mind, the monies are forfeited (Non-Refundable).
If you have rights to first pick, you will have one week (5 days) from first contact to make your choice and place the remainder of your deposit required to reserve your puppy ($75.00 of your Litter pick fee is applied to the dep. Balance due). If time expires your initial fee's will be forfeited. The Balance of the purchase is not due until 7 weeks of age at which time in most case's, the puppy is ready to be taken home depending on if the puppy is eating on his/her own, their size and weight at this age. Puppies being shipped must remain with me till at least 8 weeks of age. Imperials sometime must remain with me till 10 to 14 weeks of age.
I reserve the right to hold back any puppy I choose for breeding purposes but, I will never change my mind and hold back a puppy once it has been reserved with a deposit, such as Pick of the litter owners.
Outline Of Our Policy and Health Guarantee: This is a highlight of the Health guarantee, it is not word for word. But it covers the most Important areas.
Health Guarantee (Outline of Coverage)
year beginning at pups Birthdate. 1 year health guarantee if for SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACTS ONLY ! Must be done by: 6 month/Females and 5 months for males: If this puppy/dog is purchased for Breeding purposes then this does not apply.
Health guarantee on Breeder's. I can not cover a Breeding Female/Male once they have had their first heat cycle, some have bred them on the 1st heat, this is Not Wise and not recommended. Males are best bred after 1 year of age as well.
This will cover Death due to,congenital birth defects, excluding Hernias, snared nostrils as these conditions are very common in the shih tzu breed. It also excludes communicable diseases , such as parvo and distemper, as these conditions can be avoided by staying away from public places, such as parks, grooming facilities, and the likes of until your puppy reaches 16-18 weeks of age. (Note avoid this danger and get all Vaccination Required and on time)
on all vaccines, including heart worm and regular worming as prescribed by your Vet.
Your puppy must be seen by a licensed vet within 72 hours for a health check to qualify for a 3 day puppy replacement.
If you do not take your puppy to your vet within 72 hrs. Your right to return the puppy is Void.
Should your puppy die of a congenital birth defect with the first 1st. year of life, you will need proof from you Licensed Medical Vet, and all papers need to be sent to us along with proof of up to date vaccines and all vaccine records for proof that you kept the dog current with ALL vaccines in order to be eligible for a replacement puppy of same quality, & sex.
However should the said puppy become sick in our care or die you will be given a replacement puppy, if their are no current puppies of equal value/same sex, your puppy will be replaced by the breeder from the next avail. litter.

I Offer a 1 year Replacement Guarantee. By sending a deposit to purchase a puppy, you are agreeing to the terms, and conditions listed in our guarantee and sales contract. I reserve the right to terminate a contract of sale if the conditions of the contract are not met. Guarantee will be given at time a deposit has been posted. If puppy cannot be picked up at 8 weeks we will charge a $8 per day boarding fee unless I have agreed to other arrangements, Boarding shall Not exceed 14 days or all rights are forfeited to the puppy and monies paid and puppy will be re-homed. Boarding fee’s do not include any Vaccinations or De-worming that may come due during this time and will be added to the fee’s due at the end of the boarding period.
If at anytime after taking your puppy home you are no longer able to assume responsibility or care for your puppy, I will be more than happy to take the puppy back, and find a suitable home for it. I do not want any of my babies ending up in a shelter or worst on the side of the road !
We require a $200.00 deposit , $250.00 on the imperial X-Small puppies. Deposits are Non-Refundable unless the puppy dies or becomes seriously ill while in our care, at that time the buyer is given another choice of the puppies available to replace it. If no other puppies are available at that time they may take a full refund of the deposit or choose to wait on the next litter Born and pick one from that litter, A new bill of sale will be given when this decision has been made and their deposit will be transfered and applied.
We currently except the following type of payments for the Deposit on a Puppy: All payment types must be approved( Authorized) by Me prior to you making them as I must approve the placement of this puppy with you first.

You may pay a deposit with a US Postal Money Order (must be purchased from US Postal Office) Personal checks are excepted for Deposits Only and you must write your Drivers License Number on it. But In order to Guarantee The hold on the puppy of your choice you must overnight or send this Priority mail, this payment type must clear the bank and this takes 3 days. This payment must be recieved and cleared with in 3 days from the date you where approved for the purchase of your puppy.
