This year is a Big year , we have several new girls that have reached their maturity and are breeding for their 1st. Time. So we have some repeat breedings and some New breeding this year. This will be the most puppies produced in a single year due to the new girls, but next year we do not plan to breed 1 or more of the girls that are 3 to 4 years old, they will be retiring and the new girls will step up. I do retire My girls Very Very Young so they are still Very healthy and Puppy like so to preserve their Youth and well being.  We are Very Excited !

Gypsy's Magic Maker is Bred to Prince Mi-Shu   Litter should be born  March 15 to 19th, 2010.

Gypsy is a Solid Blue female, 9 to 10lb lbs. (Shown below in her Breeder Bed) where we hope she will whelp.

Her parents where Solid Choc/liver and Dad was Solid Slate Blue. We hope to produce some Blue & White, Blk & White, Liver  or Liver & White, Red & Whites or Solid Red or Black,  we shall see, this is Gypsy 1st Breeding.

Pick of the litter Dep. Must be received no less than 3 weeks prior to Whelping date and may be placed as early as the Date they are posted here.

Heavens Sent Sir Yogie Bear (CKC) Solid Red W/Blk Mask 4.5 lbs. Sweetiest boy ever!!!

These 2 compliment each other in every way. Sanea's 2nd breeding. Both are Oh So Sweet!!

We plan to Breed Our Princess Heidi (Liver & White) to an outside Stud Named Elvis (Solid Liver) in hopes for a Liver litter.  We plan to keep Pick of the Litter Female and retire Our Heidi at 4yrs old, she will remain here with us. She is an Awsome Momma and produces Top of the live puppies.

Puppy Pet Price list: PRICES ARE LISTED IN THE NURSERY WITH EACH LITTER ONCE WHELPED and color and size have been determined.

NOTE: Prices are based on Color & Color carriers, size and Pet or Breeder , Registration & pedigree line.  If the puppy will be Pet only it is less. I put a lot of time and money into each and every puppy. I have chosen my Adults very carefully and invested a lot of love, money and time into eaqch and every one.  I charge less for my puppies than I paid for their Adult parents. I produce happy, healthy, quality babies and want to know that they are placed with the proper families. So please, don’t forget to complete a puppy application after you have decided you wish to purchase a puppy from me. This is to help me to get to know a little about what you are looking for in your puppy and about you as a puppy owner. I promise to continue my attachment to each puppy owner long after you have taken your puppy home, I like to check with the new families often to see If you have any questions and so I may know how they are adjusting in their new home.  Thank you for considering me as your long term breeder.  See my Guest Book enteries for references.

 

WANT BREEDING RIGHTS:  THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE:

ADD ($250.00 for males 6lb or under or 7 lbs and above $200.00 FOR BREEDING RIGHTS TO EACH PRICE) No breeding right are given on Female Imperial's 6lb. & under as they are much to small to breed and could lead to their death.  All puppies will come with a complimentary Puppy Kit.  All the above parents are AKC & some are AKC & CKC registered. Parents Pedigrees are avail for an added $5.00 to cover to printing expenses (Please ask for it at the time of Purchase so I may get all copies ready as some have mulitple pages of their family lineage.)

 

We are offering a " Pick Of the Litter " OR  "Standby waiting list".

Note: Pick of the litter Owners : Your deposit must be posted prior to the whelping of that litter, the remainder of the deposit is not due until after whelping "see Waiting list instructions" for complete details.

 

Specifics Of Either a Waiting list/Standby or Pick of the Litter and the fee requirements. 

Puppies will be sold on a first come/ first serve basis at age 4 weeks, unless you are on a list which means you have priority, you are given picks prior to this age.  Puppies will not be held without a deposit. 

(1)  Standby Waiting List: (Requires a $25.00 Non-Refundable Fee) which will be credited toward your Deposit once placed.

We  offer a waiting list (called a Standby List) whereas, we notify you first after the birth prior to advertising the avail. Pups , after the Pick of the Litter owners have made their choice in the order they are received first. This fee is $25.00 due prior to the whelping/birth of any litter you have decided on.

You may be placed on a Standby list or Our Pick of the Litter List as described below (2):

(2) PICK OF A LITTER: Only 2 places are held per Dam (1st  )  And (2nd) litter pick.

To ensure that you don't miss out on your perfect puppy, you may send a small $75.00 pick of the litter fee. This means you have rights to first or second pick depending on which place your deposit was recieved. At times the Breeder may take 1^st Pick of a sex and you would take 2^nd pick of that same sex, If this happens it will be posted prior to acceptance of your Deposit. This deposit is due at the time you decide to take this spot and must be before the whelping/birth of this litter.
If you have requested a color range “must specify” &  gender  you desire and it is not produced you may transfer this to a future litter or you may ask for a refund, Only $50.00 is refunded as $25.00 is the non-refundable fee required to be placed on a waiting list . If a puppy is available within the request you have placed and you've just changed your mind, the monies are forfeited.
If you have rights to first pick, you will have one week (5 days) from first contact to make your choice and place the remainder of your deposit required to reserve your puppy. If time expires your initial fee will be forfeited. The Balance of the purchase is not due until 7 weeks of age, in most case the puppy is ready to be taken home depending on size and weight at this age.

Note:  When you ask for a particular color such as a Solid color Red, remember this puppy will be dark at birth and lighten up as it matures.  In all colors there are various shades of that same color (Example: Reds: Dark red, med red, light to light golden red) When I except a dep. For a red then it will range within these colors. I can Not guarantee a dark or a light, only a red. I Do not accept Pick of the litter dep. For a puppy on it's point colors such as: liver or Blue request, we can only hope for these colors and dep. Are not refunded based on these point colors.  Requests are taken for coat color and gender only.
